Clear rules for a safer, fairer social experience
This page explains the core rules for using Pixora, publishing content, marketplace contact, advertising, gifts, earnings, payments and your data rights.
Post content you own or are allowed to use.
Artificial views or clicks do not qualify.
Eligibility & accounts
Use accurate information and protect your credentials
Users must be legally eligible to use the service under the laws that apply to them and should provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting passwords and active sessions and for not sharing login credentials.
- Accounts used for impersonation, restriction evasion or earnings manipulation may be restricted.
- Additional verification may be requested when needed to protect accounts, payments or the community.
Content & community
Rules for posting and interacting on Pixora
Content must be original or licensed and must respect intellectual property, privacy and other users. Phishing, fraud, impersonation, threats, exploitation, malware and unlawful activity are prohibited.
- Posts, accounts and comments can be reported.
- We may limit reach, remove content or restrict accounts for clear violations.
- Verification does not mean Pixora guarantees an account’s content or transactions.
Moderation, reports & appeals
Proportionate content and account enforcement
When a report or automated signal indicates a possible violation, Pixora may review the content or account and apply proportionate action such as reduced distribution, content removal, feature restrictions or account suspension. We aim to distinguish isolated mistakes from repeated or harmful conduct.
If you believe an action was taken in error, use the Help Center or the review option provided with the relevant notice.
Privacy & data
How data is used to operate and measure the platform
Pixora uses account, session and activity data needed for login, content delivery, messaging, notifications, abuse prevention, performance and campaign measurement. Passwords and card data are not displayed publicly.
It may measure visits and events such as content views or completed registrations when enabled. Passwords, card numbers and message contents should not be sent in Pixel events.
Pixora Market & user contact
The marketplace is a listing and contact space
Sellers are responsible for listing descriptions, prices and the contact methods they enable. Pixora may provide Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber or phone contact options. Providing a listing or contact interface does not by itself make Pixora a party to a user-to-user agreement.
- Illegal, misleading or rights-infringing listings are prohibited.
- Verify the other party and listing details before any off-platform payment.
- Use reporting tools if you suspect fraud or abuse.
Advertising & campaigns
Review, eligible delivery and campaign budget
The current minimum campaign budget is $10. Campaigns are reviewed and spend is based on campaign type and eligible impressions or interactions. Misleading or non-compliant ads may be rejected.
Copyright & intellectual property
Post only what you own or have permission to use
Do not post photos, videos, music, text or trademarks you do not own or have valid permission to use. Rights holders or their representatives can report suspected infringement through support tools, and clearly infringing content may be removed. Repeat infringement may lead to account restrictions.
If content is licensed to you, keep the agreement, permission or source that demonstrates your right to use it.
Earnings, gifts & invalid activity
Earnings are based on eligible activity, not raw counters alone
Under the current platform configuration, 70% may be allocated to the creator and30% to the platform from eligible net ad revenue. Calculation may vary by content type, market or ad provider.
For digital gifts, the creator currently receives 50% of a completed gift value, subject to review for abuse or manipulation.
Bots, fake views, artificial clicks, accounts created to inflate earnings or gift-cycling do not qualify and may lead to earnings or account restrictions.
Payments, wallet & payouts
Top-up, payout and financial review rules
Payments are processed through the enabled payment provider. Pixora should not store full card numbers when a compliant external provider is used. Duplicate, refunded or suspicious transactions may be reviewed before balance or payout availability.
Cookies & advertising measurement
Essential sessions and performance measurement when enabled
Pixora uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary for sign-in, session protection, preferences and core platform features. When enabled, measurement tools such as Meta Pixel may be used for PageView, ViewContent, CompleteRegistration and other campaign-relevant events.
- Passwords and full card details must not be sent in measurement events.
- Some measurement tools are operated by external providers and are also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Account controls & deletion
You can control your account and request closure
Privacy, blocking, mute, messaging and notification controls are available. Eligible users can export data or request account closure through settings. Records required by law or needed for fraud prevention and payment reconciliation may be retained for an appropriate period.
Changes to these policies
We show the last-updated date and highlight material changes
These policies may change as Pixora features or regulatory requirements evolve. Material changes will be highlighted in-product or through an appropriate notice when reasonably possible before they take effect. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated policy, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
Reports & contact
Use in-product reporting tools first
For account, content, marketplace or payment issues, use the Help Center or the relevant reporting tools. Administrative contact: contact@pixoranet.com.
